If you are looking for a pleasant weekend house in a picturesque setting on the border of Banská Bystrica and Zvolen, with its own enclosed courtyard, large garden, gazebo for sitting, barbecue and a private access road, then we have a great offer for you.
We exclusively offer for sale a completely renovated family house in the village of Hronsek right next to Kaštiely in the center of the village. The whole house is built of stone with a wall thickness of 70 cm, which provides excellent insulation either in the winter heating season (which is also reflected in energy overpayments) or a pleasant climate during the hot summer days. The house underwent partial reconstructions until 2011 - electrical wiring, plastic windows and in 2015 underwent a complete reconstruction, both from the outside and inside. The facade was changed (insulation of the house only from the north side, as the rest was not necessary due to the thickness of the walls), the roofing was replaced by a sheet metal roof, the attic was completely cleaned and it is ready to finish other rooms. The trusses and beams have been inspected and are in good condition. In addition to the sewer, which is fully replaced by an 8-cubic sump, the house is connected to all other utilities (water, electricity, gas).

The interior of the 3-room house underwent a significant layout when the "unnecessary" partitions creating the corridors were removed, which beautifully opened the space between the living room and the kitchen and created a large common room to spend pleasant moments with the family. The ceiling was completely insulated. The floors throughout the house have been completely replaced (there is slag under the floating floor) and the bathroom has been completely renovated. Next to it, a space was created for a technical room with the addition of a gas boiler for heating and hot water. This technical room also provides additional storage space for many things. Heating in the house is provided by radiators in each room and in the corridors, and a joule cast iron oven and a new chimney have also been completed, which, in addition to the warmth of the home, also creates a pleasant romantic atmosphere. The kitchen was supplemented with a practical dishwasher, and in addition to the pantry, a built-in food cabinet was built next to the pantry, which practically used the entire space of the room. Rolldoors with plenty of storage space were also made in the room and in the corridors.

Reconstruction did not avoid the garden and land, on which the land was completely leveled, which created space for a utility garden (elevated flowerbed for growing zucchini, cucumbers, pumpkins, etc.), planting fruit trees (apple, cherry, pear, plum, apricot, apricot, apricot). ), the original huge walnut takes care of a pleasant coolness during the hot summer days, and a gazebo with a sitting area and a large grill for preparing delicious meals were also made. The original garage, which is located next to the grill, currently serves as storage space for bicycles, garden tools and as a workshop. Just below this area, there is also a cellar, which can be used to store the cultivated crop. There is also a well on the plot, which has not been used for a long time, but the restoration should not cause major problems.
The whole plot, including the garden, is completely fenced, which ensures full privacy. A big advantage is also the co-ownership share on the access road, which created space for parking in front of the entrance gate to the land.

The house itself consists of:
- an entrance hall with a shoebox and a hanger set for jackets with an area of ​​3.18 m2
- living room connected to the kitchen and dining area with an area of ​​44.7 m2 (kitchen has an area of ​​23.5 m2 and living room 21.185 m2)
- bedrooms with an area of ​​16 square meters
- children's room with an area of ​​12.2 square meters
- bathroom connected to the toilet with an area of ​​6.8 square meters
- technical room / warehouse in the corridor with an area of ​​3.35 m2
- pantry in the kitchen with an area of ​​2.3 m2
- 2 corridors leading from the kitchen to the bedroom, bathroom and children's room measuring 3.65 m2 and 4.71 m2

The ceiling height is 2.43 square meters.
