RENTAL PRICE

Upon signing the lease agreement, a security deposit equal to one month's rent (including utilities)—which is refundable at the end of the lease—and a commission of €700 are required.

Štrkovecké Lake is nearby, and there is quick access to the city center as well as the highway bypass. Newly built playgrounds and a public sports facility—featuring a running track with a tartan surface—are also close by.
