A small pet is permitted subject to agreement with the owner. The monthly rent is €650, plus €225 for utilities and internet. For two tenants, the utility cost increases by €25.
Upon signing the lease, a security deposit equal to one month's rent (including utilities)—which is refundable at the end of the lease—and a commission of €700 are required.
