Two bedroom apartment, Rent, v Bratislave - Ružinov

Finding a well-designed, remodeled and almost completely furnished 3-room apartment with 2 non-passable bedrooms, a balcony, a loggia and in a quiet location with excellent access to the city is often difficult. However, we have one such adept.
In an exclusive representation, we offer for long-term rent a 3-room apartment on Nezábudková street in a quiet part of Ružinov.
The apartment building underwent reconstruction, during which the facade, insulation, reconstructed roof, entrance, replaced footboards and new wiring in the entrance were changed.
The apartment itself also underwent a complete renovation - the bathroom, kitchen and plastic windows were replaced in the older renovation, and in 2014 the current owners renovated the entire electrical wiring, corridor, floors, toilet and completed the rolldoors.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and oriented to the inner block to the children's playground and park. There are 4 apartments on the floor.
It has an area of 70m2, which is increased by the area of the loggia, to which there is an entrance from the bedroom with an area of 3m2 and also an area balcony from the kitchen of 1.5m2.

The apartment has optical internet from Telekom (with the highest speed) as well as TV programs via magio with 2 set top boxes (option 2 TVs in the living room and in any of the rooms). All rooms have Ethernet plugs for internet connection. Blinds and nets are installed on the plastic windows.

The apartment is rented furnished.
Parking is possible directly in front of the apartment building, currently there is no valid parking policy.

Housing is an excellent solution for a family or a working couple. After agreement with the owners, they could also accept a smaller dog.

The apartment is available from 01.02.2023 (possibly even earlier) and inspections can be carried out immediately. The location has excellent civic amenities and infrastructure (bus and trolleybus stops), easy access to many connections to the city and other parts of Bratislava. There are grocery stores, restaurants, a school, kindergartens, a medical center, a swimming pool, etc. in the vicinity.

The price of the monthly rent is €800 including all energy, TV and optical internet from Telekom. When signing the rental agreement, a deposit in the amount of one month's rent is required, which is refundable after the expiration of the rental agreement (possibility of splitting within 2 months) and commission in the amount of €600.
