We exclusively offer for rent a cozy, fully furnished house in Novi mesto in the Ahoj district. The house was completely remodeled and completed (enlarged by another room) last year, and quality materials were used in the construction. It is built of brick and is fully insulated. With its floor area of 50 m2, it provides comfortable living for an individual or an active working couple. Due to the language barrier, the owner prefers Slovak-speaking tenants.
Pets are not allowed.
The entire house has a floating floor and heating is provided by electric radiators with the possibility of control via the application. In addition to electric underfloor heating, the bathroom also has a heater located above the entrance. Of course, the living room also has a built-in fireplace, which, in addition to additional heat, creates the right cozy atmosphere.
The location provides a lot of sports activities - whether it's hiking in the forest, excellent connections to cycle paths, or romantic walks in nature.
The detached house also has a large terrace for pleasant outdoor sitting.
The house is rented fully furnished and consists of:
- entrance hall with shoe rack and jacket hanger,
- a spacious living room connected to the kitchen optically divided by a fireplace wall. The kitchen has an electric oven, a stove, a hood, and a kettle. There is also a wardrobe in the room. The living room has a dining table with chairs, a couch, an armchair, a fireplace and leads out to the front terrace.
- a separate bedroom with a double bed and 2 wardrobes, which leads to a large rear terrace with seating.
- bathroom equipped with shower, toilet, washing machine and electric floor heating
The house is available for immediate occupancy. The rental price includes a reserved parking space for 2 cars and the possibility of parking in the closed yard at the entrance to the house.
The price of the monthly rent is €730, to which will be added the amount for energy and internet in the amount of €70. In the case of 2 persons, the energy costs are increased by €30. When signing the rental agreement, a deposit in the amount of one month's rent is required, which is refundable after the expiration of the rental agreement (possibility of dividing it into 2 months) and a commission in the amount of €600.

Excellent access to public transport - bus 151 has a stop 200 meters from the house, and the tram is about a 6-minute walk away. There are groceries, restaurants, a school, a kindergarten, a health center and shopping centers nearby.
