With a floor area of 50 m², it offers comfortable living for an individual or an active working couple. Due to a language barrier, the owner prefers Slovak-speaking tenants.

The house features laminate flooring throughout, and heating is provided by electric radiators that can be controlled via an app. There are two air conditioning units (one in the bedroom and one in the living room). The bathroom includes electric underfloor heating as well as a heater mounted above the doorway. Additionally, the living room features a built-in fireplace, which provides supplemental heat and creates a cozy, relaxing atmosphere.
The location offers plenty of opportunities for sports and leisure activities, including forest hiking, excellent access to cycling paths, and romantic nature walks.
The detached house also comes with a spacious terrace, perfect for pleasant outdoor seating. The house is rented fully furnished and comprises:

- a spacious living room combined with the kitchen, visually separated by a fireplace wall. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, cooktop, extractor hood, and kettle. The room also features a wardrobe. The living area includes a dining table with chairs, a sofa, an armchair, a fireplace, and air conditioning, with access to the front terrace;
- a separate bedroom with a double bed, two wardrobes, and air conditioning, offering access to a large rear terrace with seating;
- a bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, washing machine, and electric underfloor heating.
The house is available for move-in from November 1, 2026; viewings are possible starting October 22. The rental price includes a dedicated parking space for two cars, as well as the option to park in the enclosed courtyard at the house entrance.
The monthly rent is €750, plus a fee of €100 for utilities and internet. For two occupants, the utility fee increases by €30. Upon signing the lease, a security deposit equal to one month's rent is required (refundable at the end of the lease; payment can be split over two months), along with a commission fee of €750.
